What We Charge
It's time for some new thinking. What worked 20 years ago,
isn't really appropriate today. We like to focus on the important stuff.
We are presently working with new software that will allow us to handle all the paperwork
much more efficiently so we can do more and charge less.

While we have helped many
clients buy and sell homes in every part of Atlanta (DeKalb, Fulton and Gwinnett
counties), our primary areas are those suburbs lying northeast of Atlanta.
Included would be the areas, subdivisions and neighborhoods of Emory, Norcross,
Tucker, Decatur, Northlake, Snellville, Loganville, Grayson, Lilburn, Stone
Mountain, Oak Grove, North Decatur, Brookhaven, Sagamore Hills, Echo Woods, Echo
